Dear participants,

please be so kind to take a few minutes of your time and fill out a questionnaire for examining your sporting experiences. This questionnaire is part of the Sport4ALL Erasmus+ project, funded by the European Commission. The aim of this project is to find new ways of involving a large number of young people in organized sports and recreational activities.

Please carefully read each question for your answers to best reflect your opinions and attitudes. If in doubt, choose the one that closely matches what you believe.

The information given in the questionnaire will be considered confidential. Your answers will be analyzed only by the members of the research team involved in the project.
